It's the weekend!

Finally. Is it just me or are hours on weekends literally shorter (by a noticeable amount of minutes) than those during the week?

Guest Post: Tiffany and Co Love Letters

I was in London for the weekend, I know darling. One of my favourite things to do is wonder past all the fancy shops on Old Bond Street, and day dream about wearing the clothes, jewels and scarves. On Saturday morning, before the crowds came out and the shops opened, I went for a stroll. My favourite windows by far were the Tiffany & Co love letter windows, here they are: Aren't they fabulous, and perfectly romantic!

"Chloe, I really love you and some day I might marry you. Love George"

"Hi Maisie, Did you know that last night was our 18th date? On our 5th I told you I loved you. On our 9th you said you didn't know what love it. On our 10th date... Well we both know what. On our 13th date you said love is anarchistic nonsense. Last night I do believe you used the "L" word. I rest my case -D"

Meets B&D's friends: #2

Meet Rose Ramsay (I've introduced her before here), by day she is a media powerhouse as the Executive Producer of eTV. Rose was also selected as one of Mail and Guardian's young, influential South Africans. Her blog, Quigley's Culture, captures behind the scenes glimpses of this life but also glimpses of the every day caught by Rose's camera. The blog is self-described as "anything that takes our fancy" (she co-writes with her sister in Cape Town) and is summed up with the following words:

How was your weekend? Mine was wonderful and busy and, as always, too short. The cold weather has decided to return to the city of Jo'burg but these pics of sweet delights and pure indulgence make anything better.
