Last week I featured Baileys Home and Garden hardware range but I can't resist sharing their beautiful, wooden children's toys too.

So much better than plastic. My favourite is the train in a tin. I would buy every piece for my niece Honor, but unfortunately they don't deliver internationally at the moment :( Oh dear.

New month, new ideas

I love the start of a new month (the mini-version of a start of a new year). August and September somehow just sped passed me but I always notice October. Why? Spring (or fall) is in full-swing, Johannesburg rains begin, the end of the year is in sight but mostly because it is my birthday month.
